Orchard House holiday home in Scotland

Orchard House holiday home is situated in the heart of Dildawn Estate close
to Dildawn House.
It has it's own private garden with an area for eating outdoors, relaxing, sun bathing, outdoor activities and barbecuing. Outdoor tables and chairs are provided.
The garden also features an orchard with plum trees and open grass areas for children and pets to play. The garden area is enclosed to allow for added privacy and containment.
There are mixed flower beds with wild herbs, regional flowers and fauna, blackberries, gooseberries and a grape vine when in season. There is also an outdoor drying area with clothes lines for drying laundry.

The house was specially converted in 2004 in the traditional style, incorporating all modern conveniences such as central heating, constant hot water and a fully fitted modern kitchen. We have also retained many of the buildings ornate and interesting original features. The house exists on one level and has disabled access.

The holiday home has well appointed spacious rooms, comfortable furnishings and all newly purchased beds and furniture. Tastefully decorated with local paintings and ornamentation.

The holiday home's location is centrally positioned within the estate and grounds with free parking in our car park.

Accommodation: Sleeps up to eleven people with facility for cots. Well behaved pets are allowed as long as they are kept off the furniture, there is a 10.00 pound surcharge for dogs.

Bedrooms: There are 4 bedrooms in total:

1 bedrooms with twin bunk beds
1 bedroom with three single beds
2 double bedrooms both with double beds

Kitchen: Fully modernised kitchen with good spacious facilities including all kitchenware, dish washer, washing machine, microwave, cooker with oven, grill and fridge freezer etc.

Dining area: Large dining table and chairs with baby high chair available. This area is also great for after diner card and board games etc.

Bathroom: Full length bath with with tap / shower mixer, toilet and sink.

Shower room: Shower room with toilet and sink.

Living Room: Large cosy open plan living room with sofas, colour television with dvd player.

Heating: The house is heated by a brand new oil fired combination boiler supplying constant hot water and radiated heating to all rooms.
