Dildawn Lodge holiday home is situated in the heart of Dildawn Estate close to Dildawn House. It has it's own private garden with an area for eating outdoors, relaxing, sun bathing, outdoor activates and barbecuing. Outdoor tables and chairs are provided on a large decked area. The garden also features an small orchard with apple trees and open grassy areas for children and pets to play. There is also an outdoor drying area with clothes lines for drying laundry.

The house was specially converted in 2005 in the traditional style with all modern fittings, incorporating all modern conveniences such as central heating
constant hot water and a fully fitted modern kitchen. The house exists on one level and has disabled access.

The holiday home has well appointed spacious rooms, comfortable furnishings and all newly purchased beds and furniture. Tastefully decorated with local paintings and ornamentation.

The holiday home's location is centrally positioned within the estate and grounds with free parking in our private car park

Accommodation: Sleeps up to Ten people with facility for cots. Well behaved pets are allowed as long as they are kept off the furniture. there is a £ 10.00 sur charge for dogs.

Bedrooms: There are 4 bedrooms in total:
2 bedrooms with double beds and a single bed.
2 double bedrooms both with double beds and en suite bathrooms Linen and Towels - Pillows, pillow cases and continental quilts and covers are supplied sheets are not provided. Bath towels are supplied at a 3.00 pounds tarrif. If a cot is required, please advise in advance; please note that cot linen is not provided. Please be advised if waterproof sheets are required for
any of the childrens' beds they should be brought.

Kitchen: Fully modernised kitchen with good spacious facilities including all kitchenware, dish washer, washing machine, microwave, electric cooker with
oven, grill and fridge freezer e.t.c.

Dining area: Large dining table and chairs with baby high chair available. This area is also great for after diner card and board games e.t.c.

Bathrooms: 1 en suite bathroom with full length bath toilet and sink. 1 en suite toilet and sink with seperate shower and sink room.

Shower room: Shower room with toilet and sink.

Living Room: Large cosy open plan living room with sofas, colour television with dvd player. the house is fully electric with an easy to use pound coin
meter .

Heating: The house is heated by a brand new oil fired combination boiler supplying constant hot water and radiated heating to all rooms.
