Dildawn Lodge self catering holiday cottage is beautifully restored 18th century hunting lodge situated in the heart of Dildawn Estate close to the Dee river for fishing. It forms part of an enclosed listed courtyard. With unspoiled views of the surrounding scottish countryside and river Dee. It has it's own private garden with an area for eating outdoors, relaxing, sun bathing, outdoor activities and barbecuing. Outdoor picnic table is provided on a large decked area. The garden features a small orchard with apple trees and open grassy areas for children and pets to play. There is also an outdoor drying area with clothes lines for drying laundry.
Accommodation: Two storey self catering lodge sleeps up to ten people with well appointed spacious rooms. Bedrooms: There are 4 bedrooms in total: 2 bedrooms with double beds and a single bed. 2 double bedrooms both with double beds Linen : Beds are equipped with pillows , pillow cases , quilts and quilt covers only , mattress protector also provided you must supply your own sheets and towels Kitchen: Fully modernised kitchen with good spacious facilities including all kitchenware, dish washer,washing machine, microwave, electric cooker with oven, grill and fridge freezer etc. Living Room: Large cosy open plan living room with comfy sofas, colour television with dvd player. Dining area: Large dining table and chairs. This area is also great for after diner card and board games e.t.c. Bathrooms: 1 en suite bathroom with full length bath, toilet and sink. Ground floor shower room and separate toilet next to bedroom but not en suite. Shower room: There is second shower room with toilet and sink upstairs. General: The lodge has central heating and constant hot water. Free parking in our private car park once you have unloaded at house. Cots and high chair hire. Cots are available with mattress to hire 20.00 per week , High chair 10.00 per week. Sheets and towels are not supplied they can be hired , prices available on request. Pets: Well behaved pets are allowed as long as they are kept off the furniture and out of bedrooms they must be supervised at all times. There is a £ 35.00 surcharge per dog. |
