The Coach House is one of our holiday cottages situated in the heart of Dildawn Estate. It is a beautifully restored Coach mans cottage forming part of the listed courtyard area. It has it's own large private garden with two areas for eating outdoors, relaxing, sun bathing or barbecuing. Outdoor picnic tables are provided. The garden features an open grassy areas for children and pets to play. Mixed flower beds with many wild herbs featuring regional flowers and fauna. There is a a drying area with clothes lines for drying laundry. This holiday cottage was featured on a television programme focusing on well designed houses within the area and was highlighted for it's innovative design. The holiday cottages location allows excellent views of the surrounding dumfries and galloway countryside and is centrally positioned within the estate and grounds.
Accommodation: Two storey holiday cottage sleeps up to eight people with well appointed spacious rooms. Bedrooms: 4 bedrooms in total.

One upstairs with bath , toilet , sink and bidet
One downstairs with toilet and sink.
Linen : Beds are equipped with pillows , pillow cases , quilts and quilt covers only , mattress protector also provided you must supply your own sheets and towels Kitchen: Fully modernised kitchen with good facilities including all kitchenware, dish washer, washing machine, microwave, cooker with oven, grill , fridge freezer and dryer e.t.c. Dining area: Dining table and chairs with additional table for children. Shower room: Separate shower room with toilet and sink upstairs. Living Room: Large cosy open plan living room with colour television , dvd player and comfortable furnishings. Featuring a wood burning stove. General: The holiday cottage is fully electric with an easy to use 1.00 pound coin meter . The house has central heating and constant hot water. Free parking in our private car park once you have unloaded at holiday cottage. Cots and high chair hire. Cots are available with mattress to hire 20.00 per week , High chair 10.00 per week. Sheets and towels are not supplied they can be hired , prices available on request. Pets: Well behaved pets are allowed as long as they are kept off the furniture and out of bedrooms they must be supervised at all times.
