TERMS
and CONDITIONS
1.
Deposit - A non returnable deposit is payable on booking. The balance
is due not less than 28 days prior to your arrival. NO REMINDERS
ARE SENT. In the event of your cancellation within the 28 days period,
the balance is only returnable if we are successful in re-letting
it for you. Booking a
holiday constitutes a legally binding contract between you and the
proprietors of Dildawn.
2. Cancellation Insurance - This is strongly recommended - consult
your own Insurance Company.We are un able to accept any responsibility
for any accident or injury that may happen to any holiday visitor
during their stay at Dildawn. We also can not accept any responsibility
for loss or damage that may happen to any visitors property or personal
belongings during there stay at Dildawn.
All guests should make sure that they keep their valuables safe
and make sure the house is locked and all windows are closed when
they are out. Do not leave personal belongings lying around un supervised.
Please be sure take out your own personal holiday insurance.
3. Children - While we try to cater for children of all ages, they
should be supervised by a parent or gaurdian at all times if possible.
Dildawn can not be held responsible for any accidents that may occur
whilst they are here. 4. Number of occupants - Unless prior written
authority has been received,
the number of people occupying the properties must not exceed the
number stated on the tariff. Extra "Z-beds" are available
for hire by prior
arrangement.
5. Booking Dates - Your attention is drawn to the tariff; Most properties
are let Saturday - Saturday, however a few are let Friday - Friday.
6. Pets - There is a charge of £10.00 per animal per week
to cover extra cleaning costs. It is requested that dogs are not
left unattended in properties or allowed on furniture or beds.
7. Occupancy - To allow us time to maintain our properties to a
high standard, it is requested that you try not to arrive before
4 p.m. unless prior notice has been given. On the day of departure
we ask that you vacate your property before 10 a.m. PLEASE LET US
KNOW IF YOU WILL BE ARRIVING
AFTER 7 p.m.
8. Breakage's - You are liable for the cost of breakage's and damage.
9. Vehicles - And their contents are left at your own risk. Dildawn
cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to same.
10. Noise levels - We ask that you please respect others and try
and keep any noise levels and festivities within reason and to conclude
before midnight.
11. Contract - Automatic confirmation of receipt of your booking
does not constitute a Contract between us. A Contract for the booking
shall only arise when we take payment for the deposit.
GENERAL
INFORMATION
1.
Electricity - Each House has a £1 coin meter electricity is
charged at the current rate levied by Scottish Power.
2. Car Parking - There are adequate parking places close to all
accommodation. All cars must be kept in the car park at all times
un less loading or un loading. This is to keep access to all areas
of the estate clear at all times for estate maintenance and ground
work which needs to be carried out daily.
3. Winter Bookings - All cottages and flats are available throughout
the winter, weekend and short breaks are available during this period.
4. Linen and Towels - Bed linen, pillows and continental quilts
are supplied. Bath towels are supplied at a 3.00 pounds tariff.
If a cot is required, please advise in advance; please note that
cot linen is not
provided. Please be advised if waterproof sheets are required for
any of the children's' beds they should be brought.
5. Problems - IF YOU HAVE ANY PLEASE LET US KNOW as soon as possible
so that they can be dealt with quickly and do not spoil your holiday
in any way.
